SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or UK Bank Holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If these fees are refused, the parcel may be returned or abandoned. Orders abandoned due to unpaid fees are not refundable, and any return costs will be deducted where applicable.

LOST OR LATE PARCELS

Parcels can only be declared lost after:

UK: 20 working days

International: 30 working days

Parcels marked as delivered by the courier cannot be refunded or replaced. If this happens, please request a Proof of Delivery from the courier.
For secure delivery, we recommend providing a home address whenever possible.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email info@taianelab.com with your order number. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any import duties, taxes, or return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.
Please label the parcel clearly as RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.
Returns sent with duties owed cannot be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as TAIANE cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS

You will be notified when your return has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
